Description

The VR 10P valve and valve-stem end grinding machine is engineered for high-accuracy valve machining in racing engine shops and cylinder-head remanufacturing. An air-operated, six-ball precision chuck eliminates collets and centers the valve stem with high repeatability. This ensures true concentricity between the valve face and stem, which directly improves sealing, heat transfer, and valve durability.

 

For continuous-duty operation, the VR 10P incorporates a 20-liter coolant/oil reservoir with replaceable paper filtration. The system effectively removes abrasive particles, reduces recirculated grit, and maintains stable grinding conditions. This improves surface finish quality, and maintains machining accuracy.
