The Robins SGH 11 EZmatic is an automatic seat and guide machine designed for accurate and repeatable valve-seat machining on small to medium diesel, automotive, and powersports cylinder heads. It combines manual setup with CNC “Cut-by-Wire” automatic seat cutting, allowing operators to achieve consistent seat geometry with minimal input.
A dual-centering system and fixed/live pilot capability ensure stable alignment and near-zero seat runout. When paired with the Robins Guide Honing Kit, the EZmatic delivers precise guide geometry before cutting, maximizing concentricity and seat accuracy. Operation is simple: lower the pilot, press Auto Cycle, and the machine completes the cut automatically.
Compatible with Robins Gold-Series tooling for calibrated multi-angle seat profiles, the SGH 11 EZmatic provides fast cycle times, dependable accuracy, and consistent results for performance shops, diesel rebuilders, and production environments.
