Description

The Robins Rubi-Surf 1.8 is a CNC surfacing machine designed for accurate and repeatable machining of cylinder heads and V-block engines. The RubiSmart touchscreen control system removes all physical switches, making setup faster and more straightforward. A 420 mm cutterhead, CNC-servo travel, and fully adjustable spindle speed and feed rates allow precise control of material removal and surface finish quality, achieving results down to 0.5 Ra μm. The machine’s rigid structure and large workhead capacity ensure stable cutting performance and high productivity for all types of engine rebuilding and machine shop operations.
