The Rubi Surf 1.10 Smart is a heavy-duty cylinder head surfacing machine engineered for accuracy, repeatability, and consistent surface finish quality demanded by modern high-performance and racing engines. The machine uses a 115 mm diameter heavy-duty spindle that provides high stiffness for deep or heavy cuts with minimal deflection. A dual gas-spring spindle support system inside the column increases spindle stability and ensures uniform load distribution during machining. Dual-insert cutterheads reduce cutting load per insert, improving consistency and extending tool life.
The SMART Series CNC control system eliminates physical buttons and switches, simplifying machine setup and reducing operator input steps. An optional digital leveling system is available to assist with precise workpiece alignment, ensuring accurate setup and consistent machining results.
